Siam is a splendid Thai restaurant, with a spectrum of pungent curries, an impressive-sized menu, reasonable prices and some creative ideas about seafood. Just be careful not to get caught up in the deceptively smooth peanut sauce-the rest of the menu is almost as good

Food at Siam Thai Cuisine tastes good. It looks pretty and witty. The little parcels of chopped chicken and garlic are carefully wrapped in long strands of ridged green leaf, a leaf the owner bring in from Hawaii. This gives the food an aromatic flavor when warmed. It is called Gai Haw Bai Toey
